In this full artwork, Grand Feu enamel expert Gabriel Colliard gives us a broader view on the two colourful macaws featured in his take of the Art Watch. A new carte blanche is given to the artist to personalise the base of this Planet watch winder.
An exclusive offer
While reflecting on the nature of our pieces, we asked ourselves: what happens when the Art Watch leaves the wrist of its owner? Does it have to be kept from view and locked in a watch box? How could we extend the view of the dial’s artwork, and thus extend the emotion that comes from looking at this singular art piece?
Thus was born Plaisir Prolongé.
This unforeseen watchmaking offer takes the shape of a harmonious and consistent “miniature world”, reflecting once again all the creativity and the know-how of the artisan.

This technique is comparable to oil painting: once mixed with essential oil, enamel powder forms an oily paste that will be applied using a brush on a white opaque enamel base.
This process is punctuated by a series of firing (of 800 to 900 degrees).
